Be responsible for market research and demand analysis;

 

Be responsible for annual sales forecast, target formulation and decomposition;

 

Determine the sales department's target system and sales quotas;

 

Develop sales plans and sales budgets;

 

Be responsible for the management of sales channels and customers;

 

Establish sales teams and train sales personnel;

 

Evaluate sales performance and build sales teams.

 

Qualification:

Junior college degree or above, major in marketing and other related fields;

 

More than 2 years of working experience in sales industry. Sales management experience is preferred;

 

Have rich customer resources and customer relationships, and have excellent performance;

 

Have strong skills in market analysis, marketing and promotion, be good at interpersonal communication and coordination, and have the ability to analyze and solve problems;
